Dream Marine Creek has 5 resident-created interest groups where residents connect through a resident platform called Cobu. A high % of residents actively participate, sharing daily devotions, organizing potluck dinners, and swapping restaurant discoveries around Fort Worth.

Events include Easter Celebration Night, Spring Potluck Taste and Connect, Pop-Up Shops, Mother's Day Specials, Pet of the Month contests, Texas Heritage Night, Coffee and Doughnut Mornings (featuring Traveling Tom's Coffee), Valentine's Day Pizza Parties, FitLife Wednesdays, and resident-organized pizza parties and potlucks at the clubhouse.

Yes - residents organize their own potluck dinners and pizza parties, invite neighbors to weekly Bible study, share restaurant discoveries, and gather at the pool and grill area. New residents describe meeting neighbors within their first week.
